Contract Health Check and Azure FinOps Health Check are services included in your Quarterly Analytics subscription. Both services are performed specifically for your organization by benchmark consultants from our sister company Zangenberg Analytics. And, both types of analytics are independent, as we do not sell operations, licenses or Azure capacity.

Which agreements can get a Contract Health Check?

  • Service agreements: housing, mainframe, server, storage, network, databases, application operation, distributed environment (workstations and MDM) and service desk.
  • Maintenance and support agreements on applications and systems.
  • Software agreements both directly and through resellers including: Adobe, Citrix, VMware (Broadcom), IBM, Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, SAS and ServiceNow.
  • Security agreements on dedicated security services such as SIEM and SOC.
  • Hourly rate agreements for e.g. development, consultants and specialized services.

What is the output of a Contract Health Check?

  • A report where the prices in your agreement are evaluated according to traffic light methodology:
  • Conversation and review of report and savings potential with consultant

Azure FinOps Health Check

When can I use FinOps Health Check?

  • Azure FinOps Check is best suited if you have purchased Azure IaaS services for min. two years, as it provides a historical picture of how your spend is developing.

What is the output on a FinOps Health Check?

  • An Azure Finops Health Check report that provides an overview of:
  • Development in consumption and economy over time. Breakdown of consumption by individual categories, e.g. virtual machines, SQL database or anything else in your setup, where you can optimize and how much.
